Terms and Conditions

Each project includes a no-charge pre-production meeting.

All productions will meet broadcast quality standards, policies and federal, state and local statutes.

All programs will be stored for 60 days upon completion of project for updates. All field production tapes will remain the property of Santa Fe Motion Picture unless a purchase agreement is made. Santa Fe Motion Picture is not liable for any lost or damaged tapes or elements not retrieved within 60 days of completion of project.

Production sessions my be cancelled at no charge if notification is received no less than 24 hours in advance. Failure of notification will result in a $125 cancellation fee.

One hour minimum is required for field production services. Full day rates are defined as an 8 hour work day. Overtime rate is 1.5 times the regular rate after 10 hours.

Payment for production services is due upon delivery of program/s, unless prior payment schedule is agreed upon.
